PARTIAL PLANNING

- Everything month-of coordination
- Two Planning Meetings Prior to Wedding Day + Walk thru at the Venue
- Rehearsal the Day prior to Wedding Day
- Request Estimates from 2-3 Vendors for Client Review & Approval
- Main point of contact for Vendor communication
- Review of vendor contracts & services
- Set Up Assistance, such as lighting candles, table numbers, gift table, sign-in book, etc.
- Clean Up Assistance, such as packing gifts & personal items, ensuring all vendors pick up and take out items from the venue by specified time
- Access to Recommended Vendor List
MONTH/ Day OF COORDINATION

- Coordination and Communication with Vendors up to 2 months prior to Wedding Day
- Assistance on Wedding Day (12+ Hours total on-site)
